In actual printing, many prints are difficult to be delivered to users due to inaccurate overprint when green and yellow are superimposed into green, resulting in great losses. Some people think that spot color green can be used to solve this problem. However, whether the spot color green can be added depends on whether the printing equipment of the enterprise has enough color decks to realize this process. How to solve the problem if the color groups of the four-color, six color, eight color and even ten color printing machines are full? Modern packaging is not only through a single printing, but also through many processes from printing to finished products, such as compounding and bag making in flexible packaging, glazing, film covering and die cutting in paper packaging. These processes may lead to large errors between the design size and the actual size. Therefore, it is necessary to apply bleeding technique reasonably according to different designs. For example, the main color of many flexible packaging is full-size field.
